Provide detailed Interior Architectural Design specifications for high end residential projects inclusive of CAD drawings and schedules of all design selections.

Collaborates with the Client, Architect, Builder, Construction Project Managers and their sub-contractors through the entire construction process.

Manages the implementation of the interior design work that the client has approved for construction.

Provides the client with furniture selections, as well as creating custom furniture and decorative lighting designs, CAD furniture plans and designs, Drapery, Soft good selection and/or custom design and detailed furniture and budget schedules.

Purchasing and tracking of all orders through installation.
